The new Nemocnica stories will get another bombastic blast in their fifth season in the fall of 2023. From the cancelled regional clinic, a few very significant doctors and a nurse are heading to the series´ St. Martin´s Hospital, portrayed by actors Juraj Loj, Ľuboš Kostelný, Róbert Jakab and Barbora Švidraňová. 

The re-established director Hauptmann (Marek Majeský) will have his hands full with a new group of young medics, who have come to the hospital to practice, portrayed by young actors Jerguš Tobiáš, Kristián Baran and Sandra Lasoková.
